A calculation method of airbag type expansion tanks

In this paper, based on the general solution of ordinary differential equations and the basic principle of energy conservation, a calculation method for the airbag type expansion tank of the circulating cooling system is established. Using this method, the changes of the gas volume and pressure in the expansion tank with the operating time of the system under different ambient temperatures can be easily calculated. In the stage of equipment commissioning or operation, this calculation method can be used to easily verify and calculate the selected expansion tank, grasp the pressure fluctuation, so as to accurately adjust the initial pressure of the expansion tank, ensure the stable operation of the system, and reduce noise and vibration during system operation.
